Personalized Nutrition & Weight Loss Coaching for Women
You’ve done the plans. Counted the things. Started over more times than you can remember.
You’ve also tried easing up—ditching the rules, tuning into hunger, and “just eating intuitively.”
It sounded freeing in theory, but without the structure (or results), it quickly fell apart.
Now? You’re stuck between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
You want to feel better in your body.
You still want to lose weight.
But you’re done with extremes and unwilling to give up your lifestyle, your joy, or your sanity to make it happen.
That's where I come in.

Let me cut through the diet noise and straight to what works.
Each month, I enroll a limited number of women into my 1:1 coaching program: a high-touch, 3-month experience designed to help you lose weight, feel better in your body, and stop overthinking food.
This is what I do best: helping women lose weight in a way that feels doable, supportive, and built to last.
You’ll get personalized, strategic support tailored to you—your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
Rooted in The Elegant Eating Method™, my 4-part flexible framework helps you simplify meals, manage hunger, break the cycle of unhelpful eating patterns, follow through with more confidence and ease, and ultimately, become someone who eats—and lives—differently. It’s how we build a lifestyle that supports feeling good in your body—now and for years to come.
Together, we’ll adapt your plan in real time, navigate challenges as they arise, and keep you moving forward in a way that feels both sustainable and supportive.
Whether you’re navigating weight loss resistance, emotional eating, hormonal changes, or simply done with short-term fixes, we’ll create a plan that gets you results and protects your peace along the way.
Yes!
My program is ideal for you if:
- You want personalized, 1:1 support to lose weight and finally tackle the things that keep pulling you off track—like emotional eating, “self-sabotage,” or all-or-nothing habits.
- You’re done with quick fixes and overly restrictive plans that leave you hungry, frustrated and back at square one by the weekend.
- You desire a more relaxed, balanced way of eating that supports your body and lifestyle (yes, even with dinners out and real-life responsibilities).
- You’re tired of feeling stuck and beating yourself up for past failures.
- You’re committed to your success, willing to show up fully in our sessions, and do the required work—even when things aren’t perfect.
(I’m fully committed to your success, but I need you to meet me there.)

No.
My program is NOT right for you if:
- You prefer quick fixes or restrictive diets that promise fast results but don’t last.
- You’re not willing to fully participate in our sessions or ask for support when you need it.
- You want someone to tell you exactly what to eat.
(I’ll offer plenty of guidance and meal-planning support, but ultimately, you need to choose foods you enjoy. If you hate your meals, it’s just another diet you’ll want to rebel against.) - You’re not ready to explore the deeper patterns behind your habits, like stress, emotions, or outdated beliefs.
- You tend to blame your schedule, your job, or other people for your eating habits, and aren’t quite ready to take ownership yet.
(No shame—but coaching works best when you’re ready to lead your own change.)
Ready to work together?
The first step is to apply for a Complimentary Clarity Consult.
In this no-pressure call, we’ll talk about your goals, your challenges, and what’s getting in the way. If we’re a good fit, I’ll walk you through how we can work together and what the path forward could look like.
It’s your chance to ask questions, get personalized insight, and decide if this is the right next step for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Although my program is geared toward women who want to lose weight, the focus is still on developing healthy and sustainable eating habits and cultivating a more positive and peaceful relationship with food overall.
If you struggle with emotional eating, frequent overeating, or following through on behavior changes despite your best intentions, and it's impacting your health and life in other ways, my program may still be a great fit (whether you wish to lose weight or not).
Sometimes, upon program completion, clients decide that they'd like continued coaching and support—either because they have a larger goal they're working towards or because they see the benefit of ongoing support and accountability.
For clients who wish to continue working with me, I offer additional blocks of coaching at a reduced rate.
Please know, though, that this is entirely optional. As long as you continue applying what you've learned, you will have all the tools you need for long-term success beyond our three months together.
Most programs focus only on what to do—what to eat, what to avoid, how to move—but they rarely address why you struggle to follow through in the first place.
They skip the part where real change actually happens:
➡The decision-making.
➡The emotional triggers.
➡The habits that kick in when you're stressed, tired, or not feeling your best.
My approach combines the science of fat loss and nutrition with the deeper behavioural work that helps you change how you think, feel, and respond around food, so you're not constantly relying on willpower.
We work at the level of both your actions and your mindset—because it’s not just about eating differently.
It’s about becoming someone who eats differently, naturally.
Because this program includes personalized 1:1 support and digital resources, I’m unable to offer refunds once we begin.
That’s why I offer a complimentary 30-minute Clarity Consult—so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and make sure it’s the right fit for you before committing. I want you to feel confident about your decision from the very beginning.
Some extended benefit plans may cover a portion of your program investment, but you must explore this with the company supplying your benefits.
My formal certifications may be included under the "wellness spend" portion of your benefits.
* Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
(This designation is becoming more commonly covered, particularly in the United States.).
*Certified Nutritionist (CNP)
(Please note that this isn't the same as a Registered Dietician, which is more commonly covered under benefit plans.)
Once you decide to proceed with the program, I will send you an online payment link and my standard service agreement. I will also schedule your first session and send you a health and lifestyle form to fill out before then.
We will be meeting over Zoom videoconferencing for our sessions.
Please note that we will discuss availability and your preferred days and times for your sessions on the Clarity Consult (before getting started).
My availability is typically 9-5, Monday through Friday, with some exceptions (Eastern Standard Time).
