Each month, I enroll a limited number of women into my 1:1 coaching program: a high-touch, 3-month experience designed to help you lose weight, feel better in your body, and stop overthinking food.

My program is NOT right for you if:

  • You prefer quick fixes or restrictive diets that promise fast results but don’t last.
  • You’re not willing to fully participate in our sessions or ask for support when you need it.
  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to eat.
    (I’ll offer plenty of guidance and meal-planning support, but ultimately, you need to choose foods you enjoy. If you hate your meals, it’s just another diet you’ll want to rebel against.)
  • You tend to blame your schedule, your job, or other people for your eating habits, and aren’t quite ready to take ownership yet.
    (No shame—but coaching works best when you’re ready to lead your own change.)

    We’ll get clear on your goals, motivations, and challenges so we can lay a strong foundation from day one. We’ll address your biggest obstacles so you can start seeing results right away.

    11 x Follow-up Coaching Sessions (45 minutes each)

    We’ll meet regularly to track your progress, troubleshoot real-life challenges, and fine-tune your approach as you go. Expect hands-on support, fresh strategies, and ongoing accountability to keep you moving forward—no matter what life throws your way.
