I understand that you’re a one-of-a-kind woman with your own unique health challenges, struggles, and goals. This is why the focus of my nutrition coaching sessions are always tailored specifically to you.

As a result of working together you will:

  • Learn the unique food principles and tools that support optimal digestion (and a flat stomach).
  • Identify the food triggers that exacerbate unpleasant symptoms and prevent you from feeling and looking your best.
  • Learn helpful strategies for dealing with symptoms whether you’re at home, work, or on the road travelling.
  • Know how to fuel your body in a way that is deeply nourishing yet indulgent and pleasurable.
  • Stop obsessing over what and when to eat, and derive pleasure from your food without the guilt – food freedom!
  • Be hand-held through an elimination diet if applicable to your situation (i.e the Low FODMAP diet) along with the reintroduction phase (note that elimination diets are NOT always necessary for experiencing a relief in symptoms and are not always suitable for everyone).
  • Learn which supplements to take to support your unique body and health goals (as well as the ones you might want to ditch!).
  • Be fully supported through a gut-healing and restoration protocol (if necessary) that will help get you back to feeling your best.
  • Know exactly what to do to balance your body and lose excess weight (if desired), so you can feel light, energized, and love the way you look.
  • Learn how to do a simple, safe, and effective reset plan after “one of those” weekends or periods when you get a bit off track with your eating and your symptoms are flaring.
  • Learn helpful tools for dealing with the anxiety that can often accompany IBS symptoms, and other gut-related issues.

We’ll discuss your health challenges and goals and see if my program is the right fit for you.

Personalized Health & Lifestyle Assessment + Food Journal Analysis
I will assess your current health, diet and lifestyle as it stands now. Then we’ll jump right into the areas that are of most importance in our first session together. This way you can start feeling better right from day 1!

Kickstarter Session (75 minutes)
In this initial session we’ll zero in on your current diet and lifestyle, and discuss a plan of action to set you up for success. You’ll leave our first session with lots of recommendations that you can start implementing right away to get you on the fast track to reaching your goals.

Personalized Diet and Lifestyle Action Plan 
I will create your personalized action plan tailored to your unique body & food preferences that can easily be integrated into your social, work and home-life. We will structure your day in a way that feels indulgent, is emotionally satisfying, and that you will feel excited about. I will email this plan to you within 48 hours of our session. We will add to and /or adjust

Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes)
These sessions will serve as check-points to track progress, implement new habits, and make adjustments where necessary. I’ll always ensure you’re moving forward!

Grocery Guidance + Meal Planning Support + Recipes
You will be fully supported in transitioning your current diet over to one that will best serve you in supporting your goals. You’ll know exactly what type of meals to prepare and what food to buy at the grocery store, so you’ll never feel confused, lost, or overwhelmed. I’m supporting you the whole way!

Guide to Perfect Food Pairing for Optimal Digestion (Bonus)
Learn the best food combining strategies for improving digestion + avoiding the belly bloat after meals. I will help you tailor the food combining principles to your specific goals.

Email Support between Sessions
If you’re unclear about something we discussed, have a question, or just need some extra support, feel free to shoot me an email so I can keep you on track and always moving forward.

If there are just a few key areas (outlined above in my 90 Day program) that you need help with (i.e. the re-introduction phase of the Low FODMAP diet, or help tailoring your diet to accommodate a specific food sensitivity), the Gut Love MINI program option may be right for you.
