My signature program is customized to meet you where you are right now in terms of your weight, eating, and health goals. This is NOT a one-size-fits-all program but instead is very high-touch. As a result, clients are supported in a way that allows them to get meaningful results.

- You’re finished with unsustainable, quick-fix diet plans that leave you hungry and set up to fail over the long run.

- You’re NOT willing to show up for yourself and do the required work or reach out to me for additional support if you’re struggling or have questions.
- You indulge in blaming outside circumstances (i.e. time, work schedule, other people) for your weight and eating habits.
- You don't want to be coached around habit change or mindset.
- You're looking for a quick-fix diet plan.
- You want me to tell you *exactly* what to eat. (Note: I will provide you with plenty of guidance and support in this area, but ultimately, you have to choose the foods that you enjoy and are willing to eat; otherwise, it will never be sustainable over the long term and will be another diet plan for you to rebel against).

Yes! Although my program is geared toward women who want to lose weight, the focus is still on developing healthy and sustainable eating habits and cultivating a more positive and peaceful relationship with food overall.
If you struggle with emotional eating, frequent overeating, or following through on behavior changes despite your best intentions, and it's impacting your health and life in other ways, my program may still be a great fit (whether you wish to lose weight or not).
Sometimes upon program completion, clients decide that they'd like continued coaching and support – either because they have a larger goal they want to achieve, or they see the benefit of ongoing support and accountability.
I offer additional support at a reduced client rate for those who wish to continue working with me 1:1.
Please know, though, that this is entirely optional and that you will have all the tools you need for long-term success beyond our 3-months together as long as you continue applying what you've learned.
Many nutritionists and health coaches focus solely on the actions or behaviors (i.e. eat this, not that; exercise more; drink more water) but don’t address the underlying thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in the same patterns and unable to follow through with making change. In other words, they don’t always get to the core issue of why you struggle with your weight, overeat, or have a poor relationship with food (or your body) in the first place.
My program addresses both the action and the necessary mindset work so you can manage your thoughts and feelings around food, eating, and your body; in ways that support you instead of sabotage you.
When you incorporate mindset work, you’re more likely to experience long-term, permanent results.
